Dear Mr Leschke

With much pleasure I feel I should write to inform you at this early stage of our delight in the treatment of my father Ron, in his new accommodation at your new Bendigo establishment, and to this end, I wish you and your staff all the best.

Having now experienced both rental (for my late father in law in a similar establishment) and now the new concept of purchasing a unit, I feel this could be the preferred option as time moves on, yet it may be restrictive to some people financially, however for those people who have always owned their own home this could be an extra degree of comfort to have something of an ownership.

Your introduction of a second dinning /lounge room certainly looks like a winner with the large screen TV and comfy seating, for the resident’s and any guest they may have and wish to entertain in style.

Yet with the points I mention it’s still home, just as it should be, with a beautiful gardens and surrounds, but with that little extra attention Sunrise provide.

The friendly concern provided by the staff going that much further will be appreciated by all both resident owner and for concerned relatives.

Ms Kaylene Disher, Sunrise Manager, at Condon street has been extremely helpful in so many ways I not thought possible, even to the point of assisting with the cancellation of gas, electricity, telephone etc at his former address, and then reconnection of electricity and telephone, at Dad’s new home.

My Dad almost 96 years, has been most appreciative of Kaylene’s help

Needless to say my wife Julie and I have also, as our home in Geelong which could have made it difficult had it not been for Kaylene, always a friendly and diligent, worker, at all times she been a pleasant and most helpful moving Ron to Sunrise.

You can be proud even at this early stage of Sunrise and the staff that really show they care, Kaylene’s personnel touch and interest will always be appreciated I am sure.
